August 2020 Activities and Back-to-School Pictures

All day in class in Arizona charter school in first grade with uniforms.  They are in the same class and have adapted well to wearing masks all day.

Mark and Kristilyn's children won't start school until after Labor Day and then it will be online only for the first quarter or trimester.  Grant and James will be in eighth grade, Lillian and Amelia will be in the same class in 4th grade, and John will be in second grade.

Milly--4 years old started home reading classes and gymnastics.  

Skyler made the football team this fall.  He will be living in another place this year.  

Anna started school this week but Katrina doesn't know if it is a safe place for her with 32 students and 4-6 teachers in the same room.  Anna could wear a face shield but not a face mask.  The swing was earned and donated by the gifted/talented student class in Anna's grade last year.

Daniel will be in 9th grade and started school in class this week.  Masks are optional in Idaho.  

 

Welcome Spencer John and Sarah Gracelyn

We’re grateful to welcome Sarah Gracelyn and Spencer John into our family. Spencer was born head first at 5 lbs. 10 oz. and 18 inches long and Sarah was born breach 6 minutes later at 6 lbs. 3 oz. and 18 inches long. Sarah’s birth had us scared there for a few minutes, but she is strong and pulled through. We’re grateful for all the prayers and help to get these babies here and we are all snuggling these two babies sent straight from heaven.

Melody and Brandon flew in from Arizona with their girls.  There they are with Victoria, Lydia, Charlotte, and Kate on a walk.

When Mark was delayed getting to the reunion because of COVID-19 testing, Keith and Mike stepped up with the grilling duties.

Katrina celebrated her birthday on the 29th.  There was left over ice cream so we had ice cream for breakfast before we left the next morning.
