Happy Valentine's Day

We had a wonderful time in the Jordan River Temple. John has been able to reseach and document the eight children of Samuel Stead and Mary Pool and complete the remaining sealings to parents for the other four children. This picture was given to us by a Stead cousin, Margaret Aydelotte, from England who contacted Uncle Harold Stead via the internet and we were able to meet her in St. George several years ago. She is the one who gave us the link to Mary Pool along with the picture. She and her husband now live in North Carolina and we continue to communicate.
John was able to seal John Rogers, 1800 of Ramsgate, Kent, England to his parents. This has been an ongoing blessing this year to find the family as well as grandparents, etc. The spirit was very strong in the sealing room. The sealer even stopped and commented that the sealings had been accepted.

It is fun to Grant and James over to visit. They have discovered the top bunk and love to touch the stars on the ceiling and take pretend naps.
We enjoyed tending Talisa and Kira on Saturday afternoon. They are darling little girls. Kira can be such a smile-y, happy baby. Talisa likes to play hide and seek and wished Grant and James would have been here to play also. She was excited to talk to Emily Rogers when she called. Emily, we hope you have a wonderful 4th birthday this week!!
