Labor Day, 2013

Pictures from the Second Annual Labor Day Family Olympics and other summer pictures

At six months John is learning to sit up.

Mark and Keith put in the sod for the lawn then Mark built an 8' by 8' sandbox which which is four feet deep on the one side.  

 Inside the house there is plenty of room for games as well.  Keith is watching Kira. 

 Grant on the bottom and James on top try some new moves. 

 We spent Labor Day down at Julie and Jason's.  The hoppity-horses were a big hit. 

 Amelia Ann just turned two. 

 Julie and Jason live in the basement of this house but made arrangements to use the back yard for our activity. 

 Grant and James are getting tied up for the three-legged race.  They started first grade last week in a Spanish-immersion class again as they had in Kindergarten.

 Keith and Kim brought two large shade tents to make the day more pleasant.  We have had a record hot summer.
