Vernal Trip--May 22-24

The first stop on our trip was at the Heber City Cemetery to remember our ancestors on this Memorial Day weekend.

 James lost his second tooth.

The dinosaur bone quarry was fascinating.

We all enjoyed a Junior Ranger class.  James and Grant were very familiar with all of the types and characteristics of dinosaurs.

The rest of us took the shuttle back to the visitors' center while Mark, James, and Grant enjoyed a hike.

Heading out for the hotel pool.

Lillian and Kristilyn.

Amelia and Mark

The boys liked to dive for the weights.

John loved walking up and down the halls with Grandpa close behind.

Five little monkeys sitting on the bed!

Amelia and Lillian especially enjoyed the puzzles in the museum.  The life-sized figures were "scary" for Lillian.

Digging for bones was fun.

Outside in the Dinosaur Garden.

Grant next to a foot of dinosaur.
