The women went out to lunch, exchanged "favorites," and talked about a book Just 18 Summers that they had all read. The men took the children to McDonalds for lunch and the play place then on to a park. Later in the afternoon the men went bowling. Mike had the high score with 180+.

Dinner in the formal dining room
They are using the table for eating but it was used for lots of games!
Those couches were well used!
The special chicken and rice prepared by Kristilyn and Mark was a big hit with everyone.
The adults did get a little time to play pool though the younger set kept the table busy a lot!
After dinner it was time for parachutes and pop cycles.
We played in the area where family pictures were taken on Friday evening.
Hiding under the parachute is alway fun.
Pop cycles are especially good if they can drip all over everything.
Later they played with the frisbee and then had a baseball game. Everyone got to hit and was vigorously cheered.
The house that we stayed in was a twin home and we occupied the left side. Before we realized which door belonged to which home, we walked into the wrong house. and quickly backed out.
We had fun together inside and out.
Julie and Jason, Katrina holding Anna and Neal, Desi and Mike with the tiny kitchen in the background.
Our section of the twin home which has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. It was a-maze-ing. The electrical work for the outlets was truly creative.

Katrina and Anna.
We had a wonderful time together and it was really hard to say good-bye as family members had to return to their own homes. One advantage of having the reunion near some of our homes was that we returned often for things that were forgotten or were needed. There were plenty of stores and shops close by for treats and necessities. Because Talisa and Kira were attending year-round school, they were able to join us in the late afternoons, evenings, and for the weekend.
I forgot the peanut butter, so asked Mark to text Grandpa to bring it inasmuch as he was at home. Later Grandpa arrived with no peanut butter and hadn't received a text. Mark sent the text to another "John Rogers" on his list. I wonder what the other guy will think when he shows up someplace with a jar of peanut butter.
