Temple Square -- December, 2015
The lights on Temple Square are on early in the mornings until 7:30 AM. The sunrise is a heavenly addition.
There was a huge snow storm December 14-15 which dropped 11 inches of snow on Salt Lake City.
The snow fell for over 24 hours. The grounds crew could hardly keep the snow off the heated walks.
Currrent view from our lunchroom window. The scaffolding is from the men that are repairing the fachia on the outside of the building and it sounds like a loud dentist's drill.
The snow is very heavy and is weighing down the branches. Many trees in Salt Lake City were seriously damaged by the snow. There was over 2 feet of snow on the Bountiful bench and in Cottonwood Heights from this storm.
Close-up of the trees.
