Spencer and Sarah both want to be on Grandma's lap

Lydia rang the bell for her endurance on holding to the bar in gymnastics class.

Family at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas, Texas

It was good to have one adult to each child.  Sarah is walking.

Lunch at the museum.

Lydia loved the store.

Ethan loved racing.

Sarah loved the water.

The water was just the right height.

Spencer loved the water.

Everyone but Jason went to the Oak Point Nature Preserve in Plano, Texas where we enjoyed walking on trails through forests and plains.  There are many rivers, lakes, and ponds but no mountains.

Books are very important as are frequent trips to the library.

Ethan climbs and crawls

He likes his walking toy.

Spencer is crawling and Sarah is walking.  Both manage the stairs well.  They are transitioning from baby food to table food.

The children love to play with balls on the stairs and throwing them from the loft.

John and Kathryn Ann drove up Little Cottonwood Canyon to Alta and enjoyed the autumn colors.

View of the Salt Lake Valley from the canyon.

Keith and Kim visited St George October 8-10, 2021 and saw "Beauty and the Beast" at Tuacahn.

Talisa

Talisa plays volleyball.  Here the team is honoring breast cancer survivors and she lists Grandma Jan.

On the way home from St. George they stopped at the Cedar City Temple and the Kanosh Cemetery.

They swam in the pool at the condo in St. George.

Kira practices her gymnastics moves.

 Keith's garden was very prolific.

October 7-13, 2021.  Anna was in the hospital in Rexburg with a positive Rhino virus which developed into pneumonia.  Katrina had to bring her seizure medicines and machines to the hospital and care for her.  Because they were in Rexburg, Neal was able to help.

View from Anna's hospital window of the snow.

Emily had her first date which was to the Homecoming Dance.

Her date was with a friend who had lived in the ward several years previously.  The families enjoyed dinner together before the teens left for the dance.

Mike and Mordecai hiked in Boulder before snow fell on October 9th.

Kristilyn and Mark had a wonderful trip to Hawaii

Email from Kristilyn:  Our kids are on Fall Break from school, so we’re doing a random road trip south of Salt Lake.  We hiked the Y on Thursday.  It involved hiking through a cloud and occasional snow flurries.  If you look close in the picture of Amelia, you can see the other kids and Mark at the top of the Y.  Lillian’s picture is from the top.

Friday they visited with Ben and Traci at the home they are building in Spring City then went to the cemetery to see the graves of James Allred and Elizabeth Warren, Kristilyn’s 5th great-grandparents who lived in Nauvoo.  They then stopped at a corn maze in Santaquin.

Kate and Charlotte are beautiful ballerinas.

General Conference Bingo

Kate has lost her top two teeth.
