Justin will be graduating from the U of U in a few weeks in marketing. Brett has to go to Westminster, Colorado, next week for business and he hopes to see Mike while he is there. All of the grandchildren are so cute. They are all walking and talking now and have large beautiful eyes and long, thick eyelashes! Richard is now retired and working hard in his yard. It has always been the showplace of the neighborhood!
It was wonderful to have four families of our six together a week ago. It meant a lot to me that Mike and Desi would come and spend time with us. Monday night we had a long talk with Melody and on Tuesday we talked with Katrina and Neal. Wednesday, my actual birthday, was a very long day. We left home before about 5:45 AM and didn't get home until 7:30 PM. We had a spiritual temple devotional that evening in the Salt Lake Temple with Elder Symbrowski who had heart surgery in January. Thursday we got new computers and large monitors in the Training Zone. I loved the precious "Happy Birthday" songs from the grandchildren and especially the "I love you's" Grant and James brought balloons and cupcakes. Julie and Jason came on Thursday for a visit which we enjoyed. John gave me a new temple dress and new shoes. Saturday night closed by attending the Young Women's General Conference at our stake center with some of my YW.
Thank you all for your telephone calls, cards, letters, visits, emails, and all the things you did to make my 65th birthday special. I love and appreciate your time and effort.
