Keith-Kim-Kira in St. George-October 2025

Kim, Kira, and Keith went to St. George for Fall Break.

They enjoyed the pool.

Talisa is serving in the Texas Fort Worth Spanish-speaking mission.  She had her first transfer after serving six months in Azle, Texas.

She is now serving in Grapevine, Texas

We had a nice trip to St. George this week.  It is sad to not have Talisa with us but we still had fun.  We drove down Monday and came back Thursday.

Monday evening we went out to eat at Smoked Taco and then went to Red Hills Desert Gardens which is the North of St. George and looks out over the city.  It is a beautiful place to watch the sun set.

Tuesday morning we did baptisms at the St. George Temple then we played at the pool at the condos that we stayed at during the day.  Kira's friends have pools and she learned how to enjoy the pool more with her friends so it was even more fun with diving, and doing hand stands and more things in the pool.  In the evening we attempted to eat at one of our favorite GF places named "Twisted Noodle" but discovered it has closed.  That was sad because that was one of our St. George traditions.  We ended up getting Aci bowls instead.  We also went back to Red Hills Desert Gardens and did even more exploring and climbing on some of the red rocks.

Wednesday morning we did baptisms at the Red Cliffs temple and then played at the pool again during the day.  For dinner we tried a new dedicated GF place but didn't love it.  We then stopped at the Inns at Entrada where they filled High School Musical 2.  It is a private resort and you need a key card to get in but the guard at the gate looked the other way and let us follow another car that pulled in while we were asking if we could at least just go in and take a picture.  This made Kira's evening she was very happy we got in.  We then went to Tuacahn and watch Little Mermaid.

We were sad to leave on Thursday because it was a great trip.  But I needed to get back before church meetings.  This Sunday we announce the boundary changes to our stake.  We have been working on these changes for 2 years.  We will be creating a new ward and realigning boundaries in 5 other wards.  So 6 of the 7 wards in the stake will be modified with one of those being a new ward.
